while continuing to serve our Central Oregon communities.
Effective immediately,
we have modified our restaurant and bar
environment to protect our team and our customers.
FACE COVERINGS
Our staff are required to wear face coverings at all times.
GLOVES
Our staff will wear gloves when cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting.
MENUS
Our menus are laminated and sanitized between customer use.
PLACE SETTING, CONDIMENTS
We will no longer offer traditional place settings or table condiments. We have prepackaged items for ketchup, salt, silverware and more.
DISINFECTING
All surfaces including tabletops, seats and backrests will be disinfected between customers. General cleaning schedules of all customer areas such as door handles, glass, bathrooms will increase in frequency.
STAFF HEALTH
Employees are monitored for health and told to report any illness to management.
LOGISTICS
All customer seats/tables are separated by a minimum of six feet.
PARTY SIZE
Please limit your party to a maximum of ten people and, please, call ahead for a party this size.
ENTRANCE, EXIT
The South doors are dedicated for ENTRANCE and the North doors are dedicated for EXIT. A hostess desk in the middle will help direct traffic with signs. The bar door is prohibited from entry/exit except for emergency evacuation.
SEATING
All dining is “Please Wait to Be Seated” (no more seating yourselves). Please observe the floor markings when waiting in line to maintain a requested distance of six feet apart.
SANITIZERS
Customer hand sanitizer stations are set up when you enter the dining room.
VIDEO LOTTERY
All Video Lottery players must comply with signs and check in with the bartender before playing or switching machines so we can ensure the machines are sanitized between customers.
CURBSIDE PICKUP
We now offer Curbside Pickup. Two parking spots will be dedicated for this service with signs and restriping in the coming days. When arriving to pick up your order, please call and stay in your vehicle–we will bring your order to you.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We encourage all customers to respect six feet social distancing.
PATIENCE
We ask for patience as these procedures are new to staff and customers alike. Wait times may be longer than normal as we invest additional time to ensure human health, as well as acclimate our business to changes to volume and staffing requirements.
